Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is the process by which adults and children over the age of seven, become full members of the Catholic Church. RCIA is a process of faith development and growth in our relationship with God.

Anyone interested in learning more about the Catholic Church is invited to our RCIA process. Those who were never baptized or who were baptized in another faith, those who were baptized as children but not raised in the Church, and those who never received the Sacrament of Confirmation, are among those who may want to participate in this process.

Meetings are held weekly. The sessions are informal and often center upon the life stories that have brought each person to this time and place. This is a time to inquire and learn what the Church teaches, and then to decide whether to continue with the process of becoming a full member of the Catholic Church.

We are all on a faith journey.....come journey with us! All are welcome!

We meet from September to June, with our next session beginning on Tuesday, September, 13, 2016. Our meetings are at 6:30 pm in the Education Center.
